This is an appeal by an employee organization (association) challenging the propriety of trial court adjudication with respect to rights of compulsory arbitration under the organization’s collective bargaining agreement with the defendant-appellee school district. The same issues have previously been submitted to this court by the parties. On the prior occasion, the appeal was dismissed for want of the entry of final judgment in the trial court.
