MEMORANDUM OPINION

MOTLEY, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiff, Trustees of the ALA-Litho-graphie Industry Pension Plan (“Trustees”), filed this action on June 21, 1999 against employer, Crestwood Printing Corporation (“Crestwood”). Plaintiff alleges that Crestwood failed to make obligatory pension plan contributions in violation of section 515 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1145, and section 301(a) of the Labor Relations Management Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 185(a).
