ROBERT K. RODIBAUGH, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Glenn Lee Bryant’s motion to dismiss his voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition, which was filed on March 22, 1982. The debtor’s wife, who had also filed a petition on March 22, 1982, has received her discharge and is not a party to this proceeding. Notice of a hearing on the motion was sent to creditors of debtor and a hearing was held on December 8,1982. The trustee has objected to the dismissal.
