In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiff, Robert M. Berg (Berg), seeks to enjoin Rob ert J. Jambois, Richard Alan Ginkowski and the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office from prosecuting him in a criminal jury trial scheduled to commence on October 17, 1994 in the Kenosha County Circuit Court. 1 The court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b).
