CLARK, Chief Judge.
This proceeding brings for review an order of the Federal Trade Commission directing the petitioner, Standard Motor Products, Inc., to cease and desist from discriminating in the net sale prices of its products in violation of § 2(a) of the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 13(a). The Commission’s order is directed against Standard’s practices of making rebates to its distributors based on volume sales.
