Appellants, Roy O. Young and William H. Sheffner, filed a complaint in the superior court of Cook County against appellee, Joseph A. Kowske, for the specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate. The master to whom the case was referred to take the evidence and report his conclusions recommended that a decree be entered dismissing the amended complaint of appellants for want of equity. A decree was entered as recommended and this appeal has been prosecuted to this court.
