The judgment-roll in the divorce case was introduced as a part of the testimony of the petitioner Nelson in his petition presented to have Walter removed as administrator, and was received without objection. It is contended by the respondent that the judgment-roll in the divorce suit shows on its face that the Circuit Court never acquired jurisdiction of the subject matter, and that the decree was void.
