MAGNUSON, Chief Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, the Court grants Defendant’s motion.

II. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Rebecca Hoekstra is a resident of Saint Louis Park, Minnesota, and a student of Independent School District No. 283 (the “District”). During the period of time at issue in this lawsuit, Plaintiff attended Cedar Manor Intermediate School.
