Action for $28,000 for personal injuries and property damage alleged to have been sustained when the eastbound automobile driven by defendant on East Main Street in Flat River collided with the automobile driven by plaintiff which had moved west-wardly on East Main and had turned left off of East Main onto a parking lot south of the street.
