Amanda Prelich, plaintiff, was employed as a “MR Technologist” at Colonnade Imaging Center, a medical imaging center operated by Medical Resources, Inc. (“MRI”), defendant.1 (Proposed) First Amended Complaint and Demand for Jury *657Trial (“Proposed Amended Complaint” or “Prop. Am. Compl.” ECF 15-2) ¶ 12.
