This is a summary proceeding brought to dispossess the defendants, in possession of premises located at 143 Dixwell Avenue, in the city of New Haven, because of nonpayment of rent for the month of April, 1968. On August 7, 1968, the court rendered judgment for the plaintiff to “recover . . . immediate possession of [said] premises.”
