This appeal on questions of law by the defendant followed a judgment for plaintiff for $75,000 for injuries resulting from serious burns and shock from a current of electricity coming from defendant’s lines while plaintiff was engaged in laying large sewer pipes across the intersection of Mills and Buchanan streets in Sandusky. That work was being done by plaintiff’s employer, The Kalill Company.
