MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

RUFE, District Judge.

This is a section 1983 action in which Plaintiff Stacey Robinson (“Robinson”) alleges that her former employer, Defendant City of Philadelphia (the “City”), took certain illegal actions against her in retaliation for her cooperation with a federal criminal investigation of corruption within City government.
