Defendant Anthony Maurice Williams was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, obstruction, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a *347housing project, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a housing project.
