Michael Taylor appeals from a judgment denying his motion to re-open a motion for post-conviction relief which was overruled in 1994. The judgment is affirmed.

FACTS

In February 1991, Michael Taylor pleaded guilty to first degree murder, section 565.020; armed criminal action, section 571.015; kidnapping, section 565.110; and forcible rape, section 566.030. 1 He was sentenced to death for the murder.
