MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on Dynascan Corporation’s Motion for Allowance of Administrative Claim. A Hearing was held on the matter and Objections thereto. The Court has reviewed the written arguments of counsel, the relevant case and statutory law, as well as the entire record in this case.
