MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

TAYLOR, Chief Judge.

This matter comes before the Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), as an appeal from the bankruptcy court. Appellant McLouth Steel Products Corporation, debtor in bankruptcy, appeals from the April 17, 1997, order of the bankruptcy court which awarded administrative priority to certain reclamation claimants, who are here as Appellees. Appellant contends that Appellees did not present evidence sufficient to support their reclamation claims, pursuant to 11. U.S.C. § 546, and that the bankruptcy court thus improperly awarded Appellees…
