—This suit was instituted by( a bill of complaint seeking discovery of facts concerning the ownership of certain shares of bank stock which were outstanding at the time the bank' became insolvent and was placed in the hands of the Liquidator and to procure an adjudication against the defendants for the amount which should be ascertained to be due by them, or either of them, to the bank under the statutory liability applying to them as holders and owners of capital stock in the bank at the time! of its failure.
