—Appeal by the *522defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Humphreys, J.), rendered June 21, 1985, convicting him of attempted assault in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
