This is an appeal from a judgment of dismissal after entry of an order sustaining demurrers to the amended complaint. The controversy involves the validity of an order entered by the superior court of Whitman county admitting to probate what purported to be the will of Mary Elizabeth Randall. The appellants are two sons, a daughter, and three grandchildren of decedent. The respondents are two daughters. Two causes of action are set up in the amended complaint.
