I concur *1205with the result reached by the majority. I write separately in order to express my disagreement with the majority’s conclusion that the legislature intended to place the burden on the consumer of demonstrating malicious intent on the part of a supplier under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (KCPA), K.S.A. 50-623 et seq.
