Petitioner Lakhwinder Singh petitions for review of a BIA final order affirming the decision of an IJ in Buffalo, New York, which ordered Mr. Singh removed and deported from the United States as an “alien who ... knowingly has encouraged, induced, assisted, abetted, or aided any other alien to enter or to try to enter the United States in violation of law” under 8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(6)(E)(i).
