PEDERSON, Justice.
In this ease we are asked to set aside the decision of the trial court dismissing with prejudice the three suits for failure to comply with an order requiring answers to interrogatories. See Rule 37(b)(2)(C) NDRCivP. We affirm the dismissals.
St. Aubbin, Greman and Liebel, passengers in a vehicle driven by Gary D. Buee, were injured when the Buee vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by Nelson.
