This is an appeal from an order of the municipal court of Chicago dismissing the petition of Louis Nies, filed under section 21 of the Municipal Court Act, Ill. State Bar Stats. 1935, ch. 37, ¶ 409, by which he seeks to have a judgment of the municipal court of Chicago, entered against him on December 30, 1931, in the case of Wackerle v.
