Ernest J. Mohr and Sylvia Mohr, his wife, plaintiffs appellants herein, have appealed from decretal orders of the circuit court of Champaign county dissolving a temporary writ of injunction issued on March 28, 1942 and dismissing their suit against defendant appellee H. H. Messiek for want of equity. The plaintiffs had filed a second amended complaint in the above suit on said date, whereby, they sought to restrain an execution sale and to remove an alleged cloud from the title to certain farm lands in Champaign county owned in fee simple by plaintiff Ernest J.
