DECISION
This is an appeal from a decision by the Coastal Resources Management Council (the CRMC) to grant an application submitted by the Harbor Island Improvement Association (the Association) to construct a dock on a lot owned by the Association on Wheatfield Cove Road in the Harbor Island area of the Town of Narragansett, R.I.1 The Association is a private non-profit organization of property owners in the Harbor Island area.
