This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, State v. Davids, 182 Wis. 2d 186, 514 N.W.2d 23 (Ct. App. 1994), which reversed the judgment of the circuit court for Shawano County, Thomas G. Grover, Circuit Judge.
