This is an appeal from a final order of the district court granting appellee CIBA-GEIGY Corporation (“CIBA”) a permanent injunction against appellant Bolar Pharmaceutical Company (“Bolar”). CIBA had previously obtained a preliminary injunction against Bolar after an evidentiary hearing before the district court. This *847court affirmed the preliminary injunction on appeal.
