The plaintiff below, defendant in°error here, recovered a judgment against the city of Guthrie for the sum of <§2,250 damages sustained by her on account of the negligence of the city in that it did not keep its streets in a safe condition for travel. There is much dispute in the evidence, but the testimony of the plaintiff tends to show that she was a married woman 41 years of age; that on the night of the 18th of April, 1892,-she had attended church, and on her way home came on Noble avenue, going west to its intersection by First street,…
