Mr. W. R. Bright owned and lived on a farm containing about 150 acres situated in the 16th Civil District of Knox county., and about seven miles from Knoxville. The land lies in the sh'ape of the letter “L” turned upside down. A long narrow strip of the land runs north and south, and at the north end of this strip a square tract 'extends to the east. This square tract is on the side or slope of a ridge and is not as fertile or valuable as the long strip.
