Rogers Bros. Produce Company, a corporation of the city of Santa Barbara, Cal., consigned to the firm ot Neill & Ellingham, of the city of Wheeling, W. Va., two hundred and six bags of prunes, and drew a sight draft on said Neill & Ellingham, payable to the First National Bank of Santa Barbara, for one thousand, seven hundred and seventy six dollars and twenty two cents, dated September 15, 1890, and delivered said draft, together with the bill of lading received by them from the Atlantic & Pacific Railroad Company, properly indorsed by them, to said bank.
