This is a creditor’s bill, filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County by the appellees as partners against the appellant and her husband, Eugene B. Myers. The judgment was recovered against the appellant alone in the Superior Court of Cook County at the August Term, 1888, and the execution issued thereon was duly returned “no property found. ” Answers and replications were filed, and the case was heard upon an agreed state of facts.
