Dorothy Jean Egenberger pleaded guilty to five criminal counts related to her fraudulent use of social security numbers. She entered her plea after the Supreme Court’s decision in Blakely v. Washington, 542 U.S. 296, 124 S.Ct. 2531, 159 L.Ed.2d 403 (2004), but prior to the Court’s decision in United States v. Booker, - U.S. -, 125 S.Ct. 738, 160 L.Ed.2d 621 (2005). Her sentencing hearing took place after the Court filed its Booker decision. Thus, at sentencing, the district court 1 appropriately applied the now advisory Sentencing Guidelines.
