The plaintiff, a domestic servant employed by the defendant, brings, this action of tort for personal injuries received in the performance of her duties. The plaintiff’s sole exception relates to the direction of a verdict for the defendant. The only witness was the plaintiff. From her testimony these facts could have been found.
