BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.
In this diversity action, a jury returned a verdict in favor of Minnesota Supply Company (MN Supply) against The Raymond Corporation (Raymond) on three claims arising under the Minnesota Heavy and Utility Equipment Manufacturers and Dealers Act (HUEMDA), Minn.Stat. §§ 325E.068-325E.0684, and awarded MN Supply over $14 million in damages. The District Court entered judgment for MN Supply but reduced the damages award.
