A petition was filed in the court helow hy the receivers of the Detroit & Lima Northern Railway Company against the Michigan Central Railroad Company and the Toledo, Canada Southern & Detroit Railway Company, seeking to enjoin the Michigan Central Railroad Company from extending its track along a certain right of way deeded to the Toledo, Canada Southern & Detroit Railway Company, and by it leased to the Michigan Central Railroad Company.
