The defendant was convicted in a trial to the court under an information charging reckless driving in violation of § 14-222 of the General Statutes, and has appealed. The only assignment of error is that the trial court could not properly, upon all the evidence, find him guilty.

Briefly summarized, the evidence discloses that the defendant was driving his car in an easterly direction on Farmington Avenue in Bristol at approximately 9:30 p.m., on December 19, 1960, in the vicinity of Stafford Avenue.
