This action was brought to recover the amount of a savings account which the defendant refused to pay over to the plaintiffs. The answer contained certain admissions and denials, and pleaded an affirmative defense. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings of fact from which the court concluded that no recovery could be had. Judgment was entered dismissing the action, from which the plaintiffs appeal.
