Plaintiff in error was convicted in the circuit court of Marion county of the crime of perjury. Pie brings the cause here for review and urges three points: (1) The insufficiency of the indictment; (2) the erroneous rulings of the court on the admissibility of evidence; and (3) error of the court in refusing his fifteenth instruction.
