Plaintiff CBP Resources, Inc. (“CBP”), a North Carolina corporation with its principal place of business in Greensboro, North Carolina, brings this diversity action against Defendant SGS Control Services, Inc. (“SGS”), a New York corporation with its principal place of business in New York, New York.
