This is an action in assumpsit to recover disability benefits under supplementary contracts attached to and made part of two policies of life insurance issued by defendant to plaintiff. The trial judge directed a verdict for defendant, and plaintiff’s motions for judgment in his favor notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial having been overruled, he has appealed.
The portions of the policies relevant to this controversy are as follows:
