This ERISA case is before the Court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment. Defendants Coastal Drilling Company, LLC Employee Benefit Trust and Coastal Drilling (collectively, “Coastal Drilling” or “Defendants”) filed a Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 35] (“Defendants’ Motion”) and Plaintiff Memorial Hermann Health System (“MHHS” or “Plaintiff’) filed a Response and its own Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 39] (“Plaintiffs Motion”).1 These motions are ripe for consideration.
