Accused was tried for absence without leave and failure to obey a lawful order, violations of Articles 86 and 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 886 and 892, respectively. Pursuant to his plea of guilty, a general court-martial convicted him as charged, and sentenced him to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures and confinement for fifteen months.
