The Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company, the Commonwealth Edison Company and the Central Illinois Public Service Company have each appealed from the decrees of the circuit court of Cook county dismissing for want of equity their amended and supplemental bills of complaint. The causes, which were brought directly to this court because they relate to the revenue, have been consolidated here. Appellants sought to restrain Joseph J.
