— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Linakis, J.), rendered August 19, 1985, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, assault in the first degree and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
