MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This employment case is before the Court on the Second Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendants Carlos Garcia Delgado (“Delgado”) and Noberto Saul Terrazas-Arreóla (“Terrazas-Arreóla,” and, together with Delgado, “Defendants”) [Doc. # 12]. Also before the Court is the Motion to Remand filed by Plaintiffs Gilberto Camacho Jimenez, Ana Bertha Rodriguez, and Candido Soto Velazquez (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) [Doc. # 16].
