BRADY, Justice.

From an order of the Attorney Referee which was affirmed by the full Commission and subsequently affirmed by judgment of the Circuit Court of Rankin County, this appeal is prosecuted. While the basic facts in this cause are not too prolix, they are severely contested, and it is earnestly urged that the findings of the Attorney Referee, the Commission, and the circuit court are not supported by any substantial evidence and are against the overwhelming weight of the evidence and manifestly wrong.
