The defendant, Robert Dominick (defendant), filed the instant appeal after the jury rendered a verdict adjudging him guilty of assault and battery upon a person over the age of sixty in violation of G.L. 1956 § 11-5-10. On appeal the defendant submits several errors alleged to have occurred during the trial on the merits.
