After a jury found Wanda Richart guilty of one count of conspiracy to make a false statement in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and one count of making a false statement in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001, the district court1 sentenced her to sixty months’ imprisonment on each count, to be served consecutively, and three years’ supervised release.
