This is a bill in equity wherein the plaintiff prays that a certain foreclosure deed and entry of foreclosure of certain land and buildings thereon, in Saugus, Massachusetts, be declared null and void, and that it be decreed that the plaintiff is entitled to two ninths of said real estate and that he receive compensation for the use of said premises.
